Over years of caring for women across the cancer spectrum-from prevention and diagnosis through treatment and survivorship-I have seen how profoundly lifestyle, metabolic health, stress, sleep, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing influence both cancer risk and recovery.
As a gynecologic oncologist, my clinical training and practice have included performing complex cancer surgeries and administering chemotherapy for women with gynecologic malignancies. Caring for women through major operations, intensive treatments, and long recoveries has given me a deep understanding of the physical and emotional demands of cancer care - and of how critical preparation, resilience, and recovery truly are.
While modern oncology excels at treating disease, many women are left seeking guidance on how to support their bodies during and after treatment, or how to meaningfully lower risk before cancer ever develops. Integrative medicine, when practiced responsibly and grounded in evidence, helps bridge this gap.
My approach emphasizes:
Science-first, evidence-based care
Integrative strategies that complement-not replace-standard oncology
Individualized, whole-person support for women at every stage of life
I am passionate about helping women feel informed, supported, and empowered in their health decisions-without misinformation, fear, or false promises.
